ISO9001 and ISO27001 Renewal, but what do they mean?

As an organisation, there are many ways in which you can help reassure your customers that you are capable and ready to work with them. These come in many forms, from Cyber Certifications to demonstrate security postures all the way through to ISO certifications. Uptime Solutions are proud to hold both ISO27001 and 9001 which have just been successfully renewed for another year!

Here at Uptime we want to demonstrate our capabilities, to do this we strive to maintain and embrace ISO27001 and ISO9001.

But wait, what are they and what do they mean?

ISO 27001 - https://www.iso.org/isoiec-27001-information-security.html

ISO 27001 relates to keeping information and assets security, The framework and certification provides a framework of policies and procedures that include all areas of any business. It ensures that a company assess’ their risks, improves upon their weakness’ and have the items in place to allow them to grow securely and correctly.

ISO 9001 - https://www.iso.org/iso-9001-quality-management.html

ISO 9001 is designed to improve the quality of a companies products and services. Similar to 27001 it provided a framework for ensuring that a company meets customers expectations. The most relevant part of ISO9001 is the need for continual improvement in all aspects of the business.

We are extremely proud to have achieved both certifications for another year, more so we understand that for our partners, it is a key marketing aspect of our relationship.
