HaloPSA API - Now available via General Release

Here at Uptime, we have always wanted to push the boundaries of what we can do and offer whilst maintaining our high expectations we have become known for. Building out a development team so we can become PSA agnostic is a key part of that success, for both ourselves and our incredible partners.

In 2021 and 2022 the market saw a rise in the adoption of some new-breed MSP tooling. This includes a few new PSAs that are changing the way many MSPs look to achieve their goals. 

Of these, we saw the significant rise of HaloPSA. A PSA that has come with a fresh GUI, rapidly expanding roadmap and vision of what a PSA tool should offer. Over the past year we have had lots of requests from Halo partners to integrate with the product. So... 

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our HaloPSA API integration! This new integration will enable us to partner with and assist HaloPSA partners with their outsourcing requirements. We can't wait to see how both our existing and new partners enjoy this powerful, integrated experience.
